Your power tools will be repaired and sent back to you in maximum 48 hours after we received the product!

* After 100 pcs power tools sets in one country, the technical service can be establised in this country.

We only provide technical service to the products we produce.
Only our factory can interfere in case of failure of the device because our products are within the scope of EC regulations.
Products that are tried to be opened and repaired by other persons are excluded from warranty and API coverage.
It is very dangerous to try to open and repair the products because of the lithium-ion batteries are on our product range.
