Warranty - Terms & Conditions

The Guarantee card, which is supplied with the ACF manufacturer’s warranty (hereinafter referred to as “Warranty”) supplied by ACF Medikal Ürünler Makina Sanayi ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. to the ACF Surgical Power Tool System (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”) recipient (hereinafter referred to as “You”) is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Product Warranty Period:
Internal motor of product is 1000 sterile. The period of warranty shall start from the date of delivery of the product to the customer and shall cover a period of 2 years. When the product is not reached to the consumer whereafter it is sold to the importer or the vendor, waranty period begins at the end of fourth month after being manufactured. User’s failures: Using the device contrary to the “Instructions for Use (User Manual)” is not covered by the warranty.

Battery Warranty Period:
Batteries are not covered by warranty.

Legal Rights
This warranty does not in any way affect or limit the consumer’s legal warranty.

General
At its discretion, the ACF will repair or replace the product itself with new or refurbished parts or products that are functionally equivalent or better to those originally provided. Any product purchased and / or sent to ACF Medical for technical service is the property of the customer and is protected by ACF Medical.

In situations not related to the use of the device, product will be repaired for free. When same failure occurs third time, Consumer can use the right to return from the contract, to ask for a discount from the sale price, to request free repair, or to ask for a replacement of sold product with fungible product free from defects.

If the consumer chooses the right to repair free of charge, product will be repaired without demanding any charge under any title such as workmanship charge, replaced parts charge, or any charge under any other name.The consumer can also use the free repair right against the manufacturer or importer. Vendor, Manufacturer and Importer are be severally responsible for using this right of the consumer.

Repair time of the product is maximum 20 (twenty) working days. This time starts from the date on which the failure concerning the product is notified to the service station and to seller of the product, dealer, agency, representative, importer or producer, If the failure of the product cannot be solved in 20 working days, the producer or importer company has to assign another product which has the similar features to the use of the consumer until completion of repair of the product.

For possible problems which may arise concerning the warranty certificate, it can be applied to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and Consumer and Competition Protection General Directorate.

Permission is granted to use this warranty certificate in accordance with The 4822 Numbered Law For Amendment OfThe 4077 Numbered Law Relating To Protection Of Consumers and the related announcement made based upon this law by the Turkish Republic Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Consumer and Competition Protection General Directorate.

User Rights

Begin with reading Instructions for Use and use the product according to the manual.

Product sent for technical service is covered by Place of Work Insurance.

In case of not receving products in 90 calendar days, technical service is not held responsible.

In case of re-failing spare parts of replacement for troubleshooting in 6 months, these spare parts are replaced free of charge based on manufacturing defects and installation faults.

Corresponding with malfunctions arising from not using the product according to the conditions on the manual and installation, maintenance and repairment services for a fee after warranty period, there will be no charge.

The product is put into operation whereafter costumer is informed about prices and spare parts.
